A heartwarming tale to share with a child while tucking them in at night
I’m Not Tired Yet by the beloved author/illustrator Marianne Richmond
This darling little book is very entertaining to both young and old. My family of 6 found ourselves loving the interactions we copy catted from the story after reading each part. From gold fish kisses to cozy polar bear cuddles the story was a page turner for us all. My husband and I really connected with the age old battle between little ones and bed times. We both liked how the mother in the story got creative and how she peacefully parented through it all. We strive for peaceful parenting and love to be inspired.
This is our little grumpy guy at the moment I asked him to put the video game down so we could read as a family. We often read together but normally I give a bigger window between activities and tonight I was just feeling rushed. I am sure you know how that is. It took a minute for our little guy to get into the book but then he was giggling too!
We completely recommend this bright and colorful sweet book for any family.
If there is a negative to this book, we could not find it. It is just so adorable.

That’s a very common phrase heard around this house! LOL! I think I’m going to have to get my kids to read it.
I don’t think I could possibly count how many times my kids and now grandkids have said they are not tired. We are huge book lovers and I think “I’m Not Tired Yet” would have a good home in our book collection. ;D
My daughter tells me every bedtime she never sleeps at night. Of course she does but this book would be so handy in our household.
I NEED this for my children who always fight bedtime : )
