I reviewed the Bamboo Rolling pin and what a gift it is to my poor kitchen who I admit does not see me enough. In my home my husband does more cooking than I do. He was pleased to see a new rolling pin as I had taken our last one over for crafting and he had not seen one in months. The made it very clear that this one is his baby and will only bless food, not crafts. So be it. I can not argue. It just screams, cook with me and enjoy it!
This rolling pin is made of 100% organic bamboo and the handles are safe silicone! The grip is comfortable and secure at the same time helping one add the pressure needed when rolling and still be flexible with directions. While this rolling pin is not as heavy as my mothers marble one I grew up using it has a good weight and balance to the roll. It is so smooth and beautiful and lovely to work with. My husband agrees though would say it differently. I think he would say it is a suitable tool for the purpose and brightens his kitchen. The kids love it, that is for sure. Because of the high quality of this bamboo rolling pin I have now put other Core Bamboo products on my wish list! This company really understand the importance of loving the tools you use when cooking. I think these would help me want to cook more.
